This gender neutral 100% Cotton quilted blanket includes 3 layers: Top layer is Peter Rabbit quilt panel. Centered with quality 100% cotton soft batting. Binding and backing are Soft 100% cotton flannel fabric white with coordinating tiny blue, yellow with wavy topstitching and mitered corners for a sharp appearance. Stippling Quilted Hand Guided (using Machine) Stippling Quilted for that quilted look when washed.
